[Nestle] KitKat Azuki sand taste(Tokai/Hokuriku) / “[ネスレ]キットカット あずきサンド味(東海・北陸)”

I went to Nagoya last week. Around there, I discover another flavor KitKat.
The flavor is “Red bean sandwich” flavor. It’s not only “Red bean flavor”.
There are many cafe around Nagoya. Let’s try unique flavor.


This is package.
I live in Tokyo and I have never heard of Red bean sandwich.
How unique!

IMG_4617This snack is sold only in Tokai and Hokuriku district.(that’s between Tokyo and Kyoto.)
This package has retro feeling.

One the backside, there is a description of Red bean sandwich.
In the beginning of 1920’s, a cafe in Nagoya make that unique sandwich!


Also there is small tips on it.
“In a day, it’s better to eat snack within 200kcal.”
It’s 2 pieces of KitKat.

At first, a student in Nagoya started eating red bean jam soup with toast.
